Charlie Edwards was moved to tears after his win over Georges Ory on Friday. After a five-year period of relative inactivity, during which he transitioned from flyweight to bantamweight, managed himself, switched promoters to Wasserman, and enlisted Stephen Smith as his new trainer, Edwards impressed by securing a unanimous decision victory over Ory, the former European champion. Judges at London’s York Hall rightly scored the bout 98-92 in Edwards' favor after 10 largely one-sided rounds. Faced with intense emotions before the fight and concerns about his career, Edwards couldn't hold back tears as he reflected, "It was very special. I’ve been through a lot."

Anupam Kher remembers last conversation with Satish Kaushik three hours before his death: ‘Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted

  A ctor Anupam Kher shared a strong friendship with late Bollywood actor-director Satish Kaushik, who passed away last year, following a heart attack. Recently, Kher revisited his first meeting with Kaushik at drama school in 1975. The Saaransh star also recalled the last conversation that he had with his friend of 48 years, just three hours before  his death. Kher recalled that he was on a phone call with Kaushik just three before before he succumbed to a heart attack. During their conversation, Kaushik had mentioned that he was feeling unwell, and Kher had told him to get admitted to a hospital. "I told him, 'Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted. Go as if you are going to a resort'," Kher shared with Bollywood Hungama. Kaushik insisted on going in the morning, but Kher didn't give up. He told his friend, "You go now. Lie down and rest there.
