Leicester City secures promotion to the Premier League following Leeds United's defeat against Queens Park Rangers.


With a 4-0 loss at Loftus Road, Daniel Farke's team remains four points behind Championship leaders Leicester, with just one game left in the season.


The Foxes are poised to reach 100 points on their journey back to the top flight, following their relegation last season.


Leicester has a chance to secure the Championship title on Monday with a win against Preston, provided third-placed Ipswich fails to defeat Hull City on Saturday.


Ipswich could also join Leicester in the Premier League next season if they gather five points from their remaining three matches.


Leicester City's path to promotion was marked by ups and downs. Despite a strong start earlier in the season, a late stumble threatened their ascent. However, back-to-back victories, including a decisive 5-0 win against Southampton on Tuesday, propelled them forward.


Enzo Maresca's side appeared destined for success, boasting a comfortable lead at the top in mid-February. Yet, a series of setbacks, including a significant loss to Leeds, narrowed the race for a top-two finish, with Leeds, Ipswich, and Southampton emerging as contenders.


For most of the season, Leicester dominated, holding the top spot for 176 out of 176 days between September 23 and March 17.

Anupam Kher remembers last conversation with Satish Kaushik three hours before his death: ‘Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted

  A ctor Anupam Kher shared a strong friendship with late Bollywood actor-director Satish Kaushik, who passed away last year, following a heart attack. Recently, Kher revisited his first meeting with Kaushik at drama school in 1975. The Saaransh star also recalled the last conversation that he had with his friend of 48 years, just three hours before  his death. Kher recalled that he was on a phone call with Kaushik just three before before he succumbed to a heart attack. During their conversation, Kaushik had mentioned that he was feeling unwell, and Kher had told him to get admitted to a hospital. "I told him, 'Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted. Go as if you are going to a resort'," Kher shared with Bollywood Hungama. Kaushik insisted on going in the morning, but Kher didn't give up. He told his friend, "You go now. Lie down and rest there.
