 Aerial photographs have uncovered significant damage in a portion of Guangzhou, a city in southern China, following a tornado that swept through the area, resulting in the loss of five lives and injuring numerous others.


As cleanup efforts began among businesses and residents, images released by Chinese state media depict rows of collapsed structures in the most severely affected area. Amidst the devastation, a few clusters of buildings remain standing.


The photos show vehicles buried under debris, while some structures have had their metal roofs torn off by the force of the tornado.

Anupam Kher remembers last conversation with Satish Kaushik three hours before his death: ‘Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted

  A ctor Anupam Kher shared a strong friendship with late Bollywood actor-director Satish Kaushik, who passed away last year, following a heart attack. Recently, Kher revisited his first meeting with Kaushik at drama school in 1975. The Saaransh star also recalled the last conversation that he had with his friend of 48 years, just three hours before  his death. Kher recalled that he was on a phone call with Kaushik just three before before he succumbed to a heart attack. During their conversation, Kaushik had mentioned that he was feeling unwell, and Kher had told him to get admitted to a hospital. "I told him, 'Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted. Go as if you are going to a resort'," Kher shared with Bollywood Hungama. Kaushik insisted on going in the morning, but Kher didn't give up. He told his friend, "You go now. Lie down and rest there.
