General Christopher Cavoli, the leader of the US European Command, recently revealed that Ukraine is facing a severe firepower disadvantage against Russia, with a ratio of five munitions fired by Russia for every one fired by Ukraine.


Addressing Congress, Cavoli emphasized the stark reality: "The Russians unleash five times as many artillery shells on Ukraine as the Ukrainians can retaliate with." He warned that this gap is set to double to 10 to one within weeks, stressing the urgency of the situation.


In a separate development, Foreign Secretary David Cameron journeyed to Washington to persuade skeptical Republicans to support a crucial Ukraine aid package.


During a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Cameron posed a poignant question: "Will history judge us kindly for our response to a dictator's attempt to forcibly redraw borders? Did we rise to the occasion?"

Anupam Kher remembers last conversation with Satish Kaushik three hours before his death: ‘Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted

  A ctor Anupam Kher shared a strong friendship with late Bollywood actor-director Satish Kaushik, who passed away last year, following a heart attack. Recently, Kher revisited his first meeting with Kaushik at drama school in 1975. The Saaransh star also recalled the last conversation that he had with his friend of 48 years, just three hours before  his death. Kher recalled that he was on a phone call with Kaushik just three before before he succumbed to a heart attack. During their conversation, Kaushik had mentioned that he was feeling unwell, and Kher had told him to get admitted to a hospital. "I told him, 'Go to the hospital, get yourself admitted. Go as if you are going to a resort'," Kher shared with Bollywood Hungama. Kaushik insisted on going in the morning, but Kher didn't give up. He told his friend, "You go now. Lie down and rest there.
